Steps

  1. Activate Ardoz by paying three generic manaone red mana, creating a 1/1 Goblin creature token with haste.
  2. The Goblin enters the battlefield, triggering Ardoz and Mana Echoes.
  3. Resolve the Ardoz trigger, giving the Goblin +2/+0 until end of turn.
  4. Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding one colorless mana for each Goblin you control.
  5. Activate Energy Refractor by paying two generic mana, adding one red mana.
  6. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite colored mana.
  2. Infinite colorless mana.
  3. Infinite creature tokens with haste.
  4. Infinite creature ETB.
