Steps

  2. Activate Livio's first ability twice by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  , exiling Palinchron and Village Bell-Ringer with aegis counters on them.
  3. Activate Livio's second ability by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)   and tapping it, returning Palinchron and Village Bell-Ringer from exile to the battlefield.
  4. Village Bell-Ringer and Palinchron enter the battlefield, triggering their abilities.
