Steps

  1. Activate Antler Skulkin by paying two generic mana, giving Elenda persist until end of turn.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Elenda, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  3. Elenda dies, triggering its second ability and its persist ability.
  4. Resolve the second Elenda trigger, creating a number of 1/1 Vampire creature tokens equal to Elenda's power.
  5. Resolve Elenda's persist trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  6. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Vampire token, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  7. The Vampire dies, triggering Elenda's first ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  8. Repeat.
