Steps

- Activate Venser's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it, exiling Aminatou.
- When Aminatou leaves the battlefield, Resourceful Defense triggers, putting at least two loyalty counters on Teferi.
- Activate Teferi's third loyalty ability by removing nine loyalty counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
- At the beginning of your end step, Venser triggers twice, returning Aminatou and the other permanent exiled with it to the battlefield.
- Repeat each turn.
