Steps

  2. Cast Notorious Throng for its prowl cost by paying ({5} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  3. Activate Aminatou's first ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to loot.
  4. Activate Aminatou's second ability by removing a loyalty counter on it, blinking Mystic Sanctuary.
  5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Notorious Throng from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  6. Move to your next turn, drawing Notorious Throng during your draw step.
  7. Repeat.
