Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. Teferi, Master of Time
    Teferi     has at least eight loyalty counters on it.
  3. You control at least three additional planeswalkers.

Steps

  1. Activate a planeswalker you control by putting zero loyalty counters on it, putting a loyalty counter on each planeswalker you control.
  2. Repeat step 1 two additional times.
  3. Activate

    Teferi    's third loyalty ability by removing ten loyalty counters from it, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
  4. Activate

  5. Activate
