Steps

  1. Activate Tawnos's second ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  , tapping it and sacrificing two artifact tokens, exiling Village Bell-Ringer from your graveyard and creating a token copy of it that is an artifact in addition to its other types.
  2. When the Village Bell-Ringer token enters, it triggers, untapping all creatures you control.
  3. Activate Tawnos's first ability by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, creating a copy of the Village Bell-Ringer token and causing you to mill two cards.
  4. When the Village Bell-Ringer token enters, it triggers, untapping all creatures you control.
  5. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing a Village Bell-Ringer token, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat from step 3.
