Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Moonlit Lamenter, adding one white mana.
  2. When Moonlit Lamenter dies, Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning Moonlit Lamenter from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter and a flying counter on it.
  3. Activate Moonlit Lamenter by paying one white mana and removing the flying counter from it, causing you to draw a card.
  4. Repeat.
