  2. You have at least one card in hand.
  3. You control a mana-producing permanent.

Steps

  1. When an opponent controls an untapped creature, activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({1} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate

  3. Curator of Mysteries
    Curator of Mysteries     triggers, causing you to scry 1.

  5. Hylda of the Icy Crown
    Hylda of the Icy Crown     triggers, causing you to pay ({1} magic symbol)   to scry 2 and draw a card.
  6. Elvish Mariner
    Elvish Mariner     triggers, causing you to tap nothing.
  7. Resolve the
    Mind Over Matter
    Mind Over Matter     ability from step 2, untapping the permanent.
