Steps

  1. Activate
    Urza, Lord High Artificer
    Urza    's first ability by tapping
    Pili-Pala
    Pili-Pala    , adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate
    Pili-Pala
    Pili-Pala     by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
  3. Repeat.
  4. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate
    Urza, Lord High Artificer
    Urza    's ability.

Results

  1. Cast all cards in your library without paying their mana costs.
  2. Infinite colored mana.
  3. Exile your library.
