Resolve the persist trigger, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
When the Persist Creature enters the battlefield,
Olivia and
Doom Weaver's soulbond ability trigger.
Resolve the
Olivia trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on the Persist Creature and causing you to discard a card.
Resolve the
Doom Weaver trigger, pairing it and the Persist Creature.
Resolve the
Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
Repeat.
