  5. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying one blue mana, untapping Kelpie Guide.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
  7. Activate any mana-producing permanent you control by tapping it, adding at least one generic manaone blue mana.
  8. Activate Kelpie Guide's first ability by tapping it, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
