Steps

  1. Activate

    Eloise     triggers, creating a Clue token, a Treasure token, a Food token and three 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
  3. Activate

    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing a Squirrel token, adding one mana of any color.
  4. Eloise, Nephalia Sleuth
    Eloise     triggers twice.
  5. Resolve the first

    Eloise     trigger, surveiling one.
  6. Resolve the second
    Eloise, Nephalia Sleuth
    Eloise     trigger, creating a Clue token, a Treasure token, a Food token and three 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
  7. Repeat steps 3-6.
