Steps

  1. Cast Retraction Helix by paying one blue mana, targeting any creature you control without summoning sickness.
  2. Cast the permanent by paying zero mana.
  3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping the creature targeted by Retraction Helix.
  4. Activate the creature targeted by Retraction Helix by tapping it, returning the permanent cast in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat from step 2.

Notes

  1. You will only get infinite ETB and LTB triggers if you choose a creature as the permanent.
