    Chakram Retriever     triggers, untapping the creature targeted by

    Retraction Helix    .
  4. Activate the creature targeted by
    Retraction Helix
    Retraction Helix     by tapping it, returning the permanent cast in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
