Steps

  1. Cast Retraction Helix by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , targeting any creature you control without summoning sickness.
  2. Cast the permanent by paying ({0} magic symbol)  .
  3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping the creature targeted by Retraction Helix.
  4. Activate the creature targeted by Retraction Helix by tapping it, returning the permanent cast in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat from step 2.

Notes

  1. You will only get infinite ETB and LTB triggers if you choose a creature as the permanent.

Results

  1. Infinite LTB.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite storm count.
