Steps

  1. Activate

    Vishgraz     from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  2. Vishgraz, the Doomhive
    Vishgraz     triggers, creating three 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens.
  3. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing a Phyrexian Mite token, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  4. Dross Scorpion
    Dross Scorpion     and
    Vat of Rebirth
    Vat of Rebirth     trigger.
  5. Resolve
    Dross Scorpion
    Dross Scorpion    's trigger, untapping
    Vat of Rebirth
    Vat of Rebirth     or another artifact.
  6. Resolve

    Vat of Rebirth    's trigger, putting an oil counter on it.
  7. Repeat steps 3 through 6 one additional time.
  8. Activate

  9. Vat of Rebirth
    Vat of Rebirth     triggers, causing you to put an oil counter on it.
  10. Repeat.
  11. Once you have infinite creature tokens, you may activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     any number of times, adding any amount of colored mana.
