Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Easy Prerequisites

  1. Conspiracy has any type chosen that isn't "Spirit".
  2. You control another creature.

Steps

  1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing another creature.
  2. When the creature dies, Requiem Angel triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token. The token won't be a Soldier due to Conspiracy.
  3. Resolve the Phantom Train ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on Phantom Train and causing it to become a creature until end of turn.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
  3. Infinite creature LTB.
  4. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
  5. Infinite death triggers.
