Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Edgewall Pack, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. When Edgewall Pack dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay four generic mana to return Edgewall Pack from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Edgewall Pack enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Rat, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. Repeat.

  1. Infinite death triggers.
