Initial Card State

  1.  The One Ring in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Mana Needed

  1. six generic mana plus either one generic mana or an additional card in hand available.

Steps

  1. Cast The One Ring by paying four generic mana.
  2. When The One Ring enters, Ultron triggers, causing you to pay two generic mana to create a token copy of it that is a 2/2 Robot Villain.
  3. Put the noncreature One Ring into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
  4. Move to your next turn.
  5. Activate the One Ring creature by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and drawing a card for each burden counter on it.
  6. Activate Skirge Familiar twice by discarding two cards, adding one black manaone black mana.
  7. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying two generic mana, untapping the One Ring creature.
  8. Repeat from step 5.

Notes

  1. For the first loop, in step 6, you can either discard an additional card for one black mana or provide one generic mana. On subsequent loops, this won't be an issue. Notably, you can also use the card you drew that turn to discard.

  1. Infinite draw triggers.
  2. Near-infinite black mana.
  3. Near-infinite card draw.
  4. Near-infinite looting.
