Steps

  1. Activate

  2. When Inga dies, it's second ability and
    Nim Deathmantle
    Nim Deathmantle     trigger.
  3. Resolve the Inga trigger, causing you to draw three cards.
  4. Activate
    Skirge Familiar
    Skirge Familiar     three times by discarding three cards, adding ({B} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  5. Resolve the
    Nim Deathmantle
    Nim Deathmantle     trigger from step 2, causing you to pay ({4} magic symbol)   to return Inga from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach

    Nim Deathmantle     to it.
  6. When Inga enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to scry 3.
