Steps

  1. Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Cloud of Faeries by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. When Cloud of Faeries enters the battlefield, it triggers twice.
  4. Resolve the first trigger, untapping up to two lands.
  5. Holding priority, activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Resolve the second Cloud of Faeries trigger, untapping up to two lands.
  7. Activate Marina by tapping it, locking Bottomless Pool.
  8. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping Marina.
  9. Activate Marina by tapping it, unlocking Bottomless Pool.
  10. Bottomless Pool triggers twice.
  11. Resolve the first trigger, returning Cloud of Faeries from the battlefield to your hand.
  12. Resolve the second trigger, choosing not to return anything to your hand.
  13. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping Marina.
  14. Repeat.
