  3. Activate
    Eldrazi Displacer
    Eldrazi Displacer     by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  , blinking
    Cloud of Faeries
    Cloud of Faeries    .
  4. When
    Cloud of Faeries
    Cloud of Faeries     enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping the land(s) tapped in step 1.
  5. Repeat.

    Dawn's Reflection     is attached to a land that can produce ({C} magic symbol)   and/or you control a land that can add multiple mana, you may then untap other lands using
