Initial Card State

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Fool's Demise attached to Palinchron.
  2. You control up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least two generic manaone blue mana.

Steps

  1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least two generic manaone blue mana.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Palinchron, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  3. Fool's Demise's first and second abilities trigger.
  4. Resolve the first Fool's Demise trigger, returning Palinchron from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
  6. Resolve the second Fool's Demise trigger, returning Fool's Demise to your hand from your graveyard.
  7. Cast Fool's Demise by paying four generic manaone blue mana, targeting Palinchron.
  8. Repeat.
  9. If the seven lands can tap to produce at least three generic manaone blue mana, this combo nets infinite mana.
