Steps

  1. Cast
    Petals of Insight
    Petals of Insight     by paying ({4} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Ovika, Enigma Goliath
    Ovika     triggers, creating five 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin tokens that gain haste until end of turn.
  3. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     five times by sacrificing five Phyrexian Goblins, adding ({4} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Resolve
    Petals of Insight
    Petals of Insight    , putting the top three cards of your library on the bottom of your library and returning

  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite storm count and have the card of your choice on top of your library, you may draw three cards in step 4 instead, ending the loop.
