Steps

  2. After combat, cast Beacon of Tomorrows by paying ({6} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , causing you to take an extra turn after this one and shuffle Beacon of Tomorrows into your library.
  3. Activate Liliana Vess's second loyalty ability by removing zero loyalty counters from it, searching your library for Beacon of Tomorrows, then shuffling your library and putting it on top.
  4. Move to your next turn, drawing Beacon of Tomorrows during your draw step.
  5. Repeat, adding additional loyalty counters on Liliana Vess during step 3 as you accumulate copies of Carth the Lion.
