Steps

  2. Dictate of Karametra triggers six times, adding four generic manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  3. Cast Palinchron by paying five generic manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  4. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands you control.
  5. Activate Palinchron by paying two generic manaone blue manaone blue mana, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
  6. Repeat.
