Steps

  1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn.
  2. Activate Urza by paying ({6} magic symbol)  , creating two token copies of Radiant Lotus that are 1/1 Soldier artifact creature tokens.
  3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Radiant Lotus tokens, untapping the nontoken Radiant Lotus.
  4. Activate the nontoken Radiant Lotus by tapping it and sacrificing the Radiant Lotus tokens, adding ({6} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat from step 2.
