Steps

  1. Activate
    Master Transmuter
    Master Transmuter     by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , tapping it and returning
    Breya, Etherium Shaper
    Breya     from the battlefield to your hand, putting
    Breya, Etherium Shaper
    Breya     onto the battlefield from your hand.
  2. Breya, Etherium Shaper
    Breya     enters the battlefield, creating two 1/1 Thopter artifact creature tokens.
  3. Activate
    Clock of Omens
    Clock of Omens     by tapping the Thopters, untapping
    Master Transmuter
    Master Transmuter    .
  4. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing a Thopter, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite creature tokens and infinite colored mana, you may activate
    Breya, Etherium Shaper
    Breya    's ability infinite times.
