Initial Card State

  1.  Clown Car in your graveyard.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Salvaging Station by tapping it, returning Clown Car from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  2. When Clown Car enters the battlefield, Battered Golem and Grinding Station trigger, untapping themselves.
  3. Activate Clown Car's crew ability by tapping Battered Golem, causing Clown Car to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
  4. Activate Grinding Station by tapping it and sacrificing Clown Car.
  5. When Clown Car dies, Salvaging Station triggers, untapping Salvaging Station.
  6. Resolve the Grinding Station ability, causing target player to mill 3 cards.
  7. Repeat.
