Steps

  1. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least ({4} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate
    Emiel the Blessed
    Emiel     by paying ({3} magic symbol)  , blinking another non-mana producing creature, or a mana-producing creature that has haste.
  3. The creature enters the battlefield, triggering
    Intruder Alarm
    Intruder Alarm    , untapping all creatures.
  4. Repeat.
