Steps

  1. Activate

    Goblin Welder     by tapping it, sacrificing any artifact creature you control and returning any other artifact creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  2. Intruder Alarm
    Intruder Alarm     triggers, untapping all creatures.
  3. Repeat.
