Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Millikin and Junktroller without summoning sickness).

Steps

  1. Activate Millikin by tapping it and milling a card, adding ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Junktroller by tapping it, putting any card from your graveyard onto the bottom of your library.
  3. Wan Shi Tong's second ability triggers, creating two 1/1 Spirit creature tokens.
  4. When the Spirits enter, Intruder Alarm triggers twice, untapping all creatures.
  5. Repeat.
