Steps

  1. Activate

    Cephalid Looter     by tapping it, causing target opponent to loot.
  2. Orcish Bowmasters
    Orcish Bowmasters     triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target, then creating a 0/0 Orc Army creature token and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. When the Orc Army enters the battlefield,
    Intruder Alarm
    Intruder Alarm     triggers, untapping all creatures.
  4. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing the Orc Army, adding one mana of any color.
  5. Repeat.
