Steps

  1. Activate Tempting Licid by tapping it and paying ({G} magic symbol)  , attaching it to Siona.
  2. Siona triggers, creating two Human Soldier creature tokens.
  3. Intruder Alarm triggers twice.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing a Human Soldier creature token, adding ({G} magic symbol)   each time.
  5. Pay ({G} magic symbol)   to end Tempting Licid's effect, making it a creture once more.
  6. Resolve both Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
  7. Repeat.
