Steps

  2. Activate Rakka Mar by paying ({R} magic symbol)   and tapping it, creating a 3/1 Elemental creature token with haste.
  3. When the Elemental enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
  4. Repeat.
