Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have a creature card in hand with the mana to cast it.

Steps

  1. Cast the creature card in your hand by paying its mana cost.
  2. Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Draining Whelk.
  3. When Draining Whelk enters, it triggers, exiling the creature spell cast in step 1 and causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost due to Guile.
  4. Repeat from step 2.

Results

  1. Infinite creature ETB.
  2. Infinite creature LTB.
  3. Infinite storm count.
