Steps

  1. Cast Worldgorger Dragon by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  2. Worldgorger Dragon enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Minion Reflector.
  3. Resolve Minion Reflector's trigger, paying ({2} magic symbol)   and creating a token copy of Worldgorger Dragon.
  4. The Worldgorger Dragon token enters the battlefield, triggering itself.
  5. In response, activate any mana-producing permanents you control, adding at least ({3} magic symbol)  .
  6. Resolve the Worldgorger Dragon token's ability, exiling all of your other permanents.
  7. When the nontoken Worldgorger Dragon leaves the battlefield, it triggers, doing nothing.
  8. Resolve the nontoken Worldgorger Dragon's ETB trigger from step 2, exiling the token Worldgorger Dragon.
  9. When the token Worldgorger Dragon leaves the battlefield, it triggers, returning all of your permanents from exile to the battlefield.
  10. Repeat from step 2 any number of times.
  11. End the loop by declining to pay for a Minion Reflector trigger.
  12. If you control any other nontoken creatures, each of them triggers Minion Reflector in step 9 and you may wait to resolve them until after you have ended the loop and resolved the final Worldgorger Dragon ETB ability, creating an arbitrarily large number of creature tokens with haste.
