Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Reassembling Skeleton, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. When Reassembling Skeleton dies, Bhaal triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Crystalline Crawler and goading it.
  3. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one black mana.
  4. Activate Reassembling Skeleton by paying one generic manaone black mana, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
  5. Repeat.
