Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control at least seven creatures, excluding Port Razer, that have total power 1 or greater.
  2. An opponent cannot block and kill Port Razer or Luxurious Locomotive.
  3. There are at least four card types among cards in your graveyard.

Steps

  1. Activate Luxurious Locomotive's crew ability by tapping seven creatures you control with total power 1 or greater, causing Luxurious Locomotive to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
  2. Declare Luxurious Locomotive and Port Raazer as attackers, triggering Luxurious Locomotive, creating at least seven Treasure tokens.
  3. Deal combat damage using Port Razer, triggering its ability.
  4. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Port Razer.
  5. Resolve the Port Razer ability, untapping all creatures you control and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  6. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({2} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  7. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)   and sacrificing four Treasures, returning Port Razer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  8. Repeat from step 2 each combat phase.
