Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Port Razer without summoning sickness).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Port Razer cannot be blocked by an opponent.
  2. Inspirit has one or more charge counters on it.

Steps

  1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Inspirit triggers, putting two charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter.
  2. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Port Razer, triggering its ability, causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  3. Move to your second combat phase. At the beginning of the combat phase, Inspirit triggers, putting two charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter.
  4. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  5. Repeat each turn.

Results

  1. Lock.
  2. Infinite turns.
