Steps

  1. Activate
    Cogwork Assembler
    Cogwork Assembler     by paying ({7} magic symbol)  , creating two token copies of
    Workhorse
    Workhorse     with haste that each enter the battlefield with eight +1/+1 counters on them.
  2. Activate a
    Workhorse
    Workhorse     token seven times by removing seven +1/+1 counters from it, adding seven ({C} magic symbol)  .
  3. Repeat.
  4. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead copy any artifact you control.
