Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control at least five Wizards.

Steps

  1. Activate Supreme Inquisitor by tapping it, Stonybrook Schoolmaster, and any other three Wizards you control.
  2. Stonybrook Schoolmaster triggers, creating a 1/1 Merfolk Wizard creature token.
  3. Resolve the Supreme Inquisitor ability, causing you to search a player's library for five cards and exile them.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Merfolk Wizard, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  5. When the Merfolk Wizard dies, Faces of the Past triggers, untapping all Merfolks and Wizards on the battlefield.
  6. Repeat.
