Steps

  1. Activate any number of creatures by tapping it, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, casting a copy of To Arms! without paying its mana cost.
  3. Resolve the copy of To Arms!, untapping all creatures you control and causing you to draw a card.
  4. Activate Clever Conjurer by tapping it, untapping Isochron Scepter.
  5. Repeat.
  6. If creatures you control can tap to produce at least ({3} magic symbol)  , this combo nets near-infinite mana.
