Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Sinking Feeling attached to Loporrit Scout).

Easy Prerequisites

  1. You control a basic land.

Steps

  1. Activate a basic land by tapping it, adding one generic mana.
  2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping Loporrit Scout, untapping a basic land.
  3. Acitvate Loporrit Scout by paying one generic mana and putting a -1/-1 counter on it.
  4. Hapatra triggers, creating a creature token.
  5. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Loporrit Scout triggers, giving Loporrit Scout +1/+1 until end of turn.
  6. Resolve the Loporrit Scout ability from step 1, untapping it.
  7. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite creature ETB.
  2. Infinite creature tokens.
  3. Infinite mana basic lands you control can produce.
  4. Infinite untap of basic lands you control.
