Steps

  1. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing any other modified creature you control with power one or greater, adding one mana of any color.
  2. One with the Kami
    One with the Kami     triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Spirit creature tokens equal to the sacrificed creature's power that each enter with at least one +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Repeat.
