Initial Card State

  1.  Phantom Train on the battlefield.
  2.  Dualcaster Mage and Bond of Revival in hand.

Mana Needed

Steps

  1. Cast Bond of Revival by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Bond of Revival.
  4. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, putting a +1/+1 counter on Phantom Train and causing it to become a creature until end of turn.
  5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Bond of Revival.
  6. Resolve the Bond of Revival copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.

Results

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
  3. Infinite creature LTB.
  4. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
  5. Infinite death triggers.
  6. Infinite magecraft triggers.
