Steps

  1. Cast Stitch Together by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Stitch Together.
  4. Holding priority, activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, giving Bloodthrone Vampire +2/+2 until end of turn.
  5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Stitch Together.
  6. Resolve the Stitch Together copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
