Initial Card State

  1.  Blasting Station on the battlefield.
  2.  Vincent's Limit Break and Dualcaster Mage in hand.

Steps

  1. Cast Vincent's Limit Break by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it and Blasting Station trigger.
  4. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
  5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Vincent's Limit Break, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
  6. Resolve the copy of Vincent's Limit Break.
  7. Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
  8. When Dualcaster Mage dies, Vincent's Limit Break triggers, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  9. Repeat from step 3.
  10. Resolve all Blasting Station abilities from step 5.
