Steps

  1. Cast

  2. In response, cast

    Dualcaster Mage     by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  3. Dualcaster Mage
    Dualcaster Mage     enters the battlefield, targeting

  4. In response, activate

  5. Resolve
