Steps

  1. Activate Oko's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it, causing Crystalline Crawler to gain all creature types.
  2. Activate Tortured Existence by paying ({B} magic symbol)   and discarding a creature card.
  3. Green Goblin's first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Crystalline Crawler.
  4. Resolve the Tortured Existence ability, returning another creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat from step 2.
